It is the fourth year in a row that the number of skilled jobs has increased, according to the association of graduate recruiters, with a 13% increase for 2007. competition in hiring remains tough, with an average of 30 applicants for every post. Almost two thirds of employers are now expecting graduates to have a level equal to an honour’s degree. More and more of them also use as selection criteria psychometric tests, which 92% of them consider as “useful” or “very useful.”
