The government has approved the three first « National Skill Academies », a new professional training structure broadly inspired and financed by employers' confederations. Building, finance, and manufacturing are the first three sectors to introduce a plan validated by the government. The building academy, for instance, wants to establish practical training centers on all big construction sites. That of the manufacturing industry will begin by targeting needs in the aerospace, automobile, electronic and maritime branches.
