A survey published on September 8, 2008 by the employers' organization CBI shows a major increase in the number of employers giving their employees the possibility to work from home: 46% instead of 14% two years ago. (Ref. 080690)
Employers feel that employees working from home do not use overloaded old transportation infrastructure, which is good for the environment.
