Employers in Britain are starting to feel the effects of a lack of skilled workers. For some years now the country has been tackling the problem of skills shortages. A recent government report has again raised the alarm and the government has called on universities and employers to work together on the issue.
Presently, one in five job offers stays unfilled due to a lack of skilled workers and the country increasingly finds itself confronting a skills crisis.
