Firmly focused on preparing for the post-Brexit era, on 23 January the UK government confirmed its intention to turn the Thatcher page and strengthen ties between the State and business. To this end the Prime Minister has promised ‘sector deals’ where certain sectors can benefit from government support along the lines of the automotive and aerospace model.
