Pay in line with the cost of living, less stress and reduced working hours : these are workers' main claims, according to a report published by the Trade Union Confederation TUC on September 1, 2008. It is based on a survey YouGov carried out among 2.857 people this summer. (Ref. 080672)
What do workers want ? Fair pay (98%), a team and colleagues they get along with (90%), opportunities for promotion (73%). Yet, three million workers (one in four) are dissatisfied with their job.
