According to the Spanish employers’ organisation, UNO, the digital economy cannot rely on “the limiting of workers’ rights, through practices that all other companies could employ but would clearly break the law”. The body adds: “Companies face the challenge of generating economic gain, but at the same time being sustainable in terms of employment and the environment.”
