Salary Code. So far only the Salary Code has been submitted to the Lokh Sabha, India’s lower house of Parliament (August 2017) before coming before the Parliamentary Labor Commissions. The Salary Code regroups these laws: 1948 minimum wage law, 1936 salary payment law, 1965 bonus payment law, and the 1976 equal remuneration law.
