As IT companies start calling staff to return to on-site working, as the remote working measures that had been necessitated by the coronavirus pandemic taper off, their thoughts are also turning towards hybrid work models for the future. Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, and Wipro have already announced that they are going to maintain remote working long term so as to offer staff a better work-life balance as well as be able to hire across several geographical areas and make significant savings.
