India’s government has launched a public consultation that will run until 28 November on rules the implement the nation’s new industrial relations code. The code, which inter alia regulates social dialogue and employment termination, is set to come into force on 01 April 2021.
On 30 October, the Ministry of Labor and Employment published, via its website, labor related rules implementing the new 2020 Industrial Relations Code that the nation’s parliament approved in September.
