The reform establishes the Workplace Relations Commission. This body will be the first port of call for complaints. The Labor Court with extended power will treat any appeals. The Workplace Relations Commission replaces the Labor Relations Commission, the Rights Commissioner Service, the Equality Tribunal, and the National Employment Rights Authority.
