The Danish services group ISS (440.000 employees), mostly present in industrial cleaning, catering and safety services, signed, on June 3, with the global union UNI Global Union, a global framework agreement replacing a previous agreement concluded in 2003. The new text notably specifies that, given the difficulties in forming a trade union, the group will facilitate union organization and allow them to recruit members within the companies of the group.
