A month ahead of schedule, the Federazione Gomma Plastica employers' organisation and the Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec trade unions have renewed the collective agreement for the rubber and plastics sector for the period 2026-2028. The agreement, which covers 165,000 employees, including those working for major tyre multinationals such as Pirelli, Michelin and Bridgestone, focuses notably on new professional profiles and gender equality.
