Italy: Council of Ministers gives final approval on two new Jobs Act decrees
On June 11 the Italian Council of Ministers gave final approval for two new decrees relating to the Jobs Act – the law enabling labor reforms approved in December 2014 (c.f. article No. 8763). They contain new regulations on part-time work, restrictions on recourse to ‘para-subordinate’ workers, possibilities for downgrading job function in cases of restructuring, as well as measures for a better work life balance.
