Last week, the Ministry of Labor published, on its website, the decree of June 27, 2013 on the “2013 Program to improve women’s employment and skills via integration/re-integration on the labor market, to develop and improve women’s businesses.” The plans of professional integration/re-integration paid for with this program will have to rely on the “cross-generation pact,” implying that a senior in the company will work less and take care of training for the new employee.
