Developed by Finmeccanica, this project takes account of extracurricular activities when selecting/recruiting young graduates as an asset that makes a difference – a true cultural change for Italy. It is also the first time a company is making an official commitment with the institutions in a project encouraging the development of “knowledge culture” of the young generation.
