On October 29, Apple signed its first company agreement with the Filcams-CGIL, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs-Uil unions for the approximately 1,300 workers of its 14 Apples Stores in Italy. Signed for 3 years, this agreement regulates flexibility and work on Sunday and improves working conditions compared with the national collective agreement. “Trade being one of the sectors most badly hit by the crisis, each day we receive notices of termination of company agreements from large companies.
