During a meeting which took place with trade unions on July 9 in Milan, UniCredit announced its strategy to incite to voluntary leaves which will come after Capitalia's buy out, but all "esuberi" - the Italian term to indicate the employments to cut after a merger - will be determined only with the new industrial project planned for the beginning of 2008.
