Nine former executives from Goodyear's Cisterna di Latina's factory (in the Latium, next to Rome) were condemned to an overall sentence of 20 years and four months of imprisonment for negligent homicide aggravated by the violation of the law on the prevention against industrial accidents. civil action, commented the ruling rendered on July 1 by the Latina Court. He said:
