Mexico’s Federal Labour Law (FLL) now has a chapter that focuses specifically on the issue of telework or remote work. Under the law, employers are required to cover internet costs for their workers and are authorised, in exceptional circumstances, to conduct video and audio surveillance of those working remotely.
