The federation of Dutch unions and allies (FNV Bondgenoten), the largest union in the country, gained satisfaction on its main request : guaranties were brought for Unilever’s 4.300 Dutch employees on their jobs’ security for three years. These guaranties will also concern 474 employees from three factories which were supposed to shut down in 2008.
