The Minister of Social Affairs and the Justice Minister have submitted a legislative proposal to allow temps to demand payment from the company which appeal to an uncertified temporary employment agency. This measure is a next step in the fight against illegal temporary employment agencies. (Ref. 080672)
In the future, temps may choose to hold liable when an uncertified temp agency fails to pay him in full. However, the company can only be held liable if it worked with an uncertified temporary agency, and only up to a maximum of the minimum wage plus holiday allowance.
