The Hague's Municipality organized a special "participation" summit, during which several large groups committed to invest in four suburbs around the city, Transvaal, Schilderswijk, ZuidWest and Stationsbuurt/Rivierenbuurt. The goal is to reduce school failure, drug issues and crime in these neighborhoods. (Ref. 080335)
