The proposition of the Dutch Minister of Social Affairs and Labor to bring young disabled people back to the labor market is original and groundbreaking. The government wants to encourage the kingdom’s businesses to put a logo on their job offers showing that the posts are also open to youth with a work disability. “This would encourage young disabled people to send their application and would multiply their chances of being called up for an interview” the Minister said in a press release.
