The Dutch social affairs and employment ministry today published the gross minimum wage rates applicable from 1 July 2025. The minimum wage has been increased by 2.42%, rising from €14.06 to €14.40 per hour for employees aged 21 and over, or €2,245.80 per month for a 36-hour working week. Its indexation is based on the evolution of contractual wages in 2025.
