Both deals come into effect as of 1 January 2016, expire on 31 March 2017, and include a pay increase of 1.5% (0.5% retroactively to 01 January 2016, 0.5% as of 01 July 2016 and 0.5% as of 01 January 2017).

The existing bonus scheme for working irregular hours during the week will be revised. Extra pay (currently +20%) for work carried out on Saturdays by regular weekly workers will be slowly phased out and stop completely by the 31 March 2017. Pay scales for evening work will also change. Worke
