According to a survey published on July 27 by the Dutch research department Research in businesses and strategy (EIM), based in Zoetermeer, SME do not believe in possible incentives to investments in vocational training. (Ref. 06774)

However, the Center for work and incomes (CWI), the government agency for employment, plead actively for an “intensive” vocational training, presented as the only solution to long-term unemployment which concerns the least qualified people and those over 40 years old.
