The forms required by social security offices to apply the Community legislation on migrants were renewed in order to take into account the EU enlargement but also the agreement on free movement concluded between the EU and Switzerland. The last models of the E 101 and E 102 forms on workers' placement are notably concerned. (Ref. 06250)
This decision of the administrative commission for social security of migrant workers was published in the Official Journal of the EU on March 15, 2006. The new forms thus integrate the 10 new countries of the EU. In addition, the administrative commission estimated more practical to use these forms for displacements in the EU (and as it is currently already the case within the EEE) within the framework of the agreement on free movement of people concluded between the EU and Switzerland.
