Spain/Banco Santander agreement over digital disconnection for employees. Spain’s number one banking group together with the major trade unions (excluding the UGT) has secured an agreement over employee working conditions. In it measures are laid out that enable employees to ‘disconnect’ outside of working hours. Going forward, and from the moment their working hours are completed, employees at Banco Santander, Banco Popular, and Banco Pastor will no longer be obliged to reply to calls, message
