Italy/Constitutional Court rules against Jobs Act article on dismissals compensation. On 26 September the Constitutional Court ruled on article 3-1 of decree-law 23, 2015 that treats compensation for workers employed after March 2015 under the ’employment contract with rising levels of protection’ system and subsequently, according to the Court ‘unfairly dismissed’.
