Since 2008, EDF Energy – the British subsidiary of EDF group, with more than 15,000 employees in nuclear, gas and renewable energy – has set up a groundbreaking health and wellbeing program, “Zero Harm.” Dr Margaret Samuel, EDF Energy’s Chief Medical Officer, is explaining this objective to Planet Labor. - Can you present the “Zero Harm” concept in a few words?
Margaret Samuel. The company’s ambition is to achieve a ‘Zero Harm Record’ and we believe all harm is preventable. The Zero Harm project’s five core principles are:
