OHL: Spanish construction firm signs international framework agreement on workers’ rights and union freedoms

An agreement negotiated by the Fecoma-CCOO and MCA-UGT unions. The agreement was negotiated and signed at the request of the Fecoma-CCOO and MCA-UGT Spanish unions representing the BWI in Spain. It is in line with the international framework agreements promoted by the BWI to make large construction multinationals more responsible. It was signed on September 19 by Carleo Ferrandez Bueno, OHL HR director, Ambet Yuson, BWI general secretary, Fernando Serrano Pernas, Fecoma-CCOO general secretary, and Manuel Fernandez Lopez, aka Lito, MCA-UGT general secretary.
