On 15 September, the Polish Council of Ministers published in the official journal its regulation setting the gross monthly minimum wage from 1 January 2026. The wage level will increase from PLN 4,666 to PLN 4,806 (€1,127), with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 (€73.66), representing a 3% increase.
