In accordance with the law relative to the annual negotiations on wages, applicable to undertakings employing more that 50 employees, trade unions must agree with employers on the increase of the average salary by the end of March.

After this deadline and if there is no agreement between trade unions and the employer, the latter can fix himself the rate of increase of the average salary, by March 10 according to the bill of December 16, 1994. After this deadline, one of the procedures...
