On 04 April, Poland’s government officially launched a Rada Progamowa (competences planning Council). The Council’s primary objective is to formulate guidelines to reform the education system in order to adapt competences to the needs of the labor market, to support work conducted by sector-based competences Councils, and to develop continuous training.
An overarching body to the competences development system. The competences planning Council was established as part of the ‘national strategy for responsible development’. The overall strategy intends for a system that comprises three elements:
