In January 2008, social partners launched negotiations on implementation of the EU Framework agreement on work-related stress, concluded by the European social partners in 2004 (see our article n° 070554). These negociations were preceded by a serie of initiatives on prevention of work-related stress. (Ref. 080084)
The negotiations were preceded by a series of workshops, conferences and seminars organized by NSZZ “Solidarność” trade union as well as creation of the negotiating team in November 2007. The autonomous social dialogue is carried out by the largest employers’ organizations (Business Centre Club, Polish Employers’ Confederation, PKPP Lewiatan and Polish Craftsmen Union) as well as trade unions ( NSZZ “Solidarność”, All Poland Alliance of trade unions and Trade Union Forum).
