The April 2007 joint declaration on getting talks on the social pact "Economy - Work - Family -Dialogue" (see our story 070312) open again remained a dead letter. Social partners, once again blaming the government for neglecting social dialogue, ended up throwing in the towel and decided to start bilateral talks on the future pact. (Ref. 070691)
