In Poland, some call it « backwards immigration ». It is based on the following idea : Polish workers go to work in Spain, for several months, in Spanish companies. They follow a "high-level" training course there. Then, Spanish companies "repatriate" these workers in Poland, and employ them in their factories located in the country. (Ref. 061224)
