Professional alarms: the beginning of a common approach in the EU
In July 2006, European companies who are listed on the US stock market will be subjected to the American law known as Sarbanes Oxley. They will thus have to install mechanisms making it possible for their employees to alert them on possible financial and accounting frauds in their company.
