Romania: parents can now benefit from additional days of remote/teleworking

Law 241/2023 of 20 July 2023 grants parents of children up to the age of 11 the opportunity of 4 additional days of ‘working from home’ or teleworking per month, provided that the nature of their work is compatible with such working arrangements.
