Italian cabin crew and Spanish luggage handlers have launched strikes to protest against management's policies. These workers are members of trade unions and say Ryanair refuses to deal with trade unions and to observe negotiated agreements. Tensions between Ryanair management and employees have been constantly rising these last months. They are now extreme as workers have gone on strike, in Spain in Italy, to protest against Michael O’Leary’s policy regarding trade unions and negotiated agreements.
