On 18 October the French high-tech aerospace and defence group signed a global framework agreement on corporate social responsibility and all of the company’s other major social and HR policy topics.
The aerospace and defense systems and equipment company employs approximately 58,000 in almost 30 different countries. This global framework agreement signifies a new stage in its social responsibility approach. At the end of 2014 the company ‘mapped out’ its CSR challenges as regards its stakeholders and this process showed up some thirty or so pertinent issues, many of which now feature in this global framework agreement.
