Spain’s leading financial group has implemented a new type of flexible working for its entire staff. Called ‘flexiworking’ it allows teams organize their own working time and promotes teleworking. The idea is to achieve a better work and home life balance on the condition that defined business targets are met and even exceeded. This type of working will affect the group’s 187,000 employees of which 30,000 work in Spain.

Every department or working team can choose flexible working options that better suit the needs of its members on the condition that “this be as objective as possible” and also that the choices are in line with the smooth functioning of the group in question according to management defined objectives.
