In an interview granted to Liaisons sociales Europe (n°182, will appear on July 26,) along with Bart Samyn, assistant general secretary for the European Metalworkers' Federation, Jean-François Pilliard, strategic resources and organization general manager for the Schneider Electric group, clarified the scope of the European agreement on change foreseeing concluded within Schneider Electric (see our dispatch n°070626.) He told e-europnews about his interest for the reflections led by the European Commission on transborder collective negotiation and exposed the conditions which can preside over the extension of this kind of agreement to the rest of the world.
