Schneider Electric: interview with Jean-François Pilliard, strategic resources and organization general manager

In an interview granted to Liaisons sociales Europe (n°182, will appear on July 26,) along with Bart Samyn, assistant general secretary for the European Metalworkers' Federation, Jean-François Pilliard, strategic resources and organization general manager for the Schneider Electric group, clarified the scope of the European agreement on change foreseeing concluded within Schneider Electric (see our dispatch n°070626.) He told e-europnews about his interest for the reflections led by the European Commission on transborder collective negotiation and exposed the conditions which can preside over the extension of this kind of agreement to the rest of the world. For Jean-François Pilliard, the negotiation of an agreement on change foreseeing at the European level is justified by the fact that Europe “is the part of the group in which questionings, notably at the industrial level, are the most important.
