The draft amendment for the law concerning collective bargaining was adopted by the Slovakian National Assembly. It meets the needs to extend collective agreements according to fairer criteria. Easier extension. Now, the Ministry for Employment, Social
Affairs and Family can, if the contracting parties propose it, to extend the
application of a collective agreement to employers who are not members of
the employers’ organization which signed the collective agreement, but who exercise most of their business activities in the
