It is present in France (1.275 employees for SNOP and 115 for SNOM), in Spain (200 for SNOP), and in the Czech Republic (767 for SNOP and 46 for SNOM). Unlike Lennox Europe, where negotiations lasted for almost three years (see our dispatch No. 090329), an agreement, based on a text presented by the management in January 2008, was found after only one meeting.
