The merger between Solvay and Rhodia is a successful example of integration in terms of social dialogue culture. The global CSR agreement signed yesterday, December 17, by Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, chairman of the executive committee of Solvay, and Jyrki Raina, international general secretary of IndustriAll, is in line with Rhodia’s inheritance while refining commitments in terms of union freedom.
