All the trade unions approved the new agreement, which has secured significant improvements for all the sector’s workers and contrasts sharply with 2013 agreement that had been signed without all trade union approval at the height of the economic and financial crisis (c.f. article No. 130088), frozen all pay, raised annual working time, made Sunday working general, and allowed for work centers to apply worse conditions than set out in the agreement.
