Trade unions announced the signing of a joint collective agreement for two multiservice enterprises in the Adecco group; Adecco Outsourcing and Atlas Servicios Empresariales, whereby both companies commit to applying the working conditions that are defined in their relevant sector collective agreements to their own employees.
Both the CCOO and UGT trade unions have been campaigning to raise awareness among both companies and the general public over how multiservice enterprises are being used by companies to outsource some of their activities and lower both working conditions standards and pay for the employees concerned.
