Four months on from signing a new National Framework Agreement on Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC) with employers, which lays down the guidelines for collective bargaining in Spain, the country’s trade unions are embarking on one of their major projects for this autumn: they want to develop the content of the agreement on the ground as sector agreements are renewed.
